Student Enrollment Services Appointment

    We hope that you and yours are continuing to stay safe and well during the current health crisis.  To ensure your safety while on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently seeing students only on an appointment basis.  Please use this form to select a date and time to schedule your appointment. 

     

    Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will also receive a reminder email the day of your appointment and a text message when we are ready to see you.  If you wake up:

     

    ·       With a temperature above over 100, or

    ·       Answered yes to symptoms or exposure in the Pioneer Pledge or

    ·       Are feeling unwell the day of the appointment or

    ·       Think you were exposed to COVID-19 or

    ·       Are waiting for COVID-19 test results

    We will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We can be reached by phone at 973-720-3945, via email at studentservices@wpunj.edu, chat through our SES webpage , or text at 973-358-8994 .  When you come to your appointment, please take the following precautions:

    ·       Wear a mask or face covering at all times

    ·       Use the hand sanitizing station (located at our front entrance) before arriving at our front counter

    ·       Only one person allowed per family, other relative can be on FaceTime or phone, if needed.

    ·       Follow social distancing guidelines and maintain 6ft apart
