Student Enrollment Services Appointment

    We hope that you and yours are continuing to stay safe and well.  To ensure your safety while on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that students and parents continue to use our appointment portal.  Please use this form to select a date and time to schedule your in-person appointment. 

    Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email.  You will also receive a reminder email prior to your appointment.  If you wake up:

    ·       With a temperature above over 100, or
    ·       Are feeling unwell the day of the appointment or
    ·       Think you were exposed to COVID-19 or
    ·       Are waiting for COVID-19 test results

    When you come to your in-person appointment, please take the following precautions:

    ·       If you are not fully or partially immunized, wear a mask or face covering at all times
    ·       Use the hand sanitizing station (located at our front entrance) before arriving at our front counter
    ·       Only allow the student + one other guest to the appointment.
    ·       Follow social distancing guidelines and maintain 6ft apart
